How we work

 Professional and focused training, instruction, support, motivation and management. You will learn perfect exercise technique, how to breathe correctly, how to engage deep core muscles, and how to improve posture; along with how to increase flexibility, stress reduction techniques, healthy eating, optimum hydration and improved sleep patterns. These are all essential to be at your best and gain the results you’ve always wanted. You will become fitter and develop stronger firmer muscles, with reduced body fat and ultimately a happier and healthier you.

What you can expect from your first session

Session one usually involves carrying out a health questionnaire and profile and discussing goals and targets. Depending on what your specific goals are, Mark will determine what happens next (this is completely individual to you). This may involve some or all of the following: Movement screening/postural alignment check, weight, body fat %, heart rate, blood pressure, tape measurements, fit test, strength test, flexibility assessment, lifestyle questionnaires.

Based on your Health & Fitness Assessment, Mark will tailor a personal plan customised to your goal, ability and schedule.
you can then choose from a range of packages to suit your time and budget.

One to One

Based on your Initial Health & Fitness Assessment, Mark will advise you on exactly what you need to do training-wise to get to where you want to be. You can then choose from a range of packages to suit your time & budget.

We travel to your home, provide all essential equipment and can train you anywhere including:- Garden, Garage, or designated room inside your house.

Small Group Personal Training

Get in the best shape of your life while training with friends, family, colleagues or individuals of a similar fitness level.

Stretch & Recovery Class

This class is suitable for everyone. It is a fusion of Yin Yoga techniques (long holds in each posture 3 - 4 minutes) combined with deep breathing to promote calm and healing and recovery of muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and soft tissue.

We also include the use of soft foam rollers to improve flexibility and range of motion and help increase recovery time.
